You should never have to worry about when you will receive your order from your supplier.  Your order is processed immediately and shipped within 24 hours.  Most orders are shipped the same business day.  Overnight service is available upon request.

If you are not satisfied with an item ordered from J. Frank Golden & Associates, simply return it within 30 days for a account credit or exchange.  Merchandise must be in the same condition as sent from JFG.

At J. Frank Golden & Associates, we want to help you make sales.  In order to serve you better, full 15-day memorandums are available to JBT 1 and 2 rated jewelers, as well as jewelers in good standing with JFG.  The merchandise is yours to display and sell for 15 days.  Please report on your complete memo all at one time.  Once any portion of your memo is returned, you will be billed for the remaining balance of the memo.

To receive credit on your returns, all merchandise must be in the same condition as was shipped to you and must be accompanied by the memo or invoice number.  We are not responsible for any damage caused to our merchandise through setting, polishing, cleaning, etc.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.  No stones altered or damaged in any way will be accepted for return.

We offer open accounts to JBT 1 and 2 rated jewelers.  Open accounts are also available to jewelers in good standing with JFG.  Our terms are net 15 days.  Visa, MasterCard, American Express and C.O.D. are available to 3, 4 and unrated jewelers. There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.

While carefully checked, we are not responsible for any pricing errors in our catalog.  Prices are subject to change without notice due to availability and the nature of the gemstone market.  Please be aware that every effort has been made to accurately portray the items in our catalog, including color representation.  JFG is not responsible for variations in printing or computer displays and it is important to understand that color is subjective.
